Throughout her career Karesa has been responsible for programming, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, specifications, and project management leadership. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with building code, unified development ordinances, and comprehensive site planning.

She draws from her experiences in human biomechanics and large-scale industrial construction to create outdoor living spaces that imbue design excellence with technical and creative innovation.  Karesa’s visionary concepts, innate ability to understand clients, and attention to detail result in breathtaking aquatic spaces that are thoughtfully precise and pragmatically beautiful.
